Policies

CANCELLATION POLICY

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice in advance to cancel or change your appointment so that we may fill your spot. Failure to let us know that you cannot make it will result in a charge to the card on file. This fee cannot be applied to future appointments.

NO CALL / NO SHOW

If you fail to cancel your appointment and do now show up at the date and time of your appointment your card will be charged a fee. This fee cannot be applied toward future appointments. If the card one file is not active, you will forfeit all future appointments with us. No exceptions. No shows will result in practice dismissal.

COUPON / PROMOTIONS

Discounts may not be combined with one another. Stars cannot be used on top of monthly promotions, product discounts, or other specials.

REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY

Magnolia Medspa does not offer refunds or exchanges on any products or services. This includes prepaid services and packages.

LATE POLICY

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, this may result in the inability to complete your service or a reschedule.

SAFETY

To uphold the safest environment possible, we kindly request only those receiving services be present in the treatment room or you may be asked to reschedule your appointment.

CREDIT CARDS

Failure to have an active card on file will result in cancellation of any future appointments in addition to a suspension in booking until a new card is present and payment is collected. Reading this, you understand that credit card payments will not be processed without due cause and your card will only be charged for missed or no show fees without your approval.
